Our electrolyte level probes are available with almost all our battery monitoring products. However, we also offer the option for customers interested in system integration to use our level probes in their own products.
The level probes can be installed with one of two options. The correct choice depends upon whether the electrolyte level is to be measured through a drilled opening above the cells or in the battery’s air agitation opening. If the installation is to be done through a drilled home, then the gauge guard must be used. If the installation is to be done through the air agitation hole, we recommend the O-Ring variant for a tight seal.
It is recommended that the level sensor is installed about 2mm above the cell plates in order to achieve the optimal level threshold that allows watering interventions to be kept to a minimum without risking damage to the cells.

It allows for the neatest, most stable and reliable connection possible.
