Description
The ABERTAX® e²BMS – STANDARD is our advanced version for battery monitoring. The communication between user interfaces and the devices is made by a RF technology. Three LEDs are integrated in a 130 x 45 x 25 mm housing that can be placed on top of the battery cells. The external level probe can be placed in the centre of the battery. The temperature sensor can either be placed outside or inside the cell. A full and half voltage reading is available. Actual and accumulated battery data is stored inside the BMS and can be uploaded via a RF interface to the PC.

Function
The ABERTAX® e²BMS is another quality product from Abertax Technologies. It gives essential battery information i.e. full voltage, half voltage, temperature and electrolyte level. It stores the number of charge/discharge cycles, temperature, electrolyte low level duration and deep discharge duration. The e²BMS is a state-of-the-art wireless technology for operation cost-cutting and providing a quality service. Data communication is done via RF.
The e²BMS has 3 LED’s, which indicate the following:
– Flashing green: when powered and no warnings
– Flashing red: electrolyte level below specified minimum for flooded batteries and low voltage
– Flashing yellow: battery temperature above 50°C
