Our History
The Abertax Group of Companies was established in 1999 with its primary goal being to research, develop and bring to market top quality products, mainly focused on conservation and the efficient use of energy.
With our primary market being the automotive battery industry, the Group has branched out over the years to include the importation and distribution of renewable energy generation products, the development of innovative battery management systems for the lead-acid and lithium battery markets, as well as the assembly and marketing of LED lighting products, among others.
Over the years, our our primary product portfolio geared towards the battery ancillaries market has led us to become the preferred supplier of many international battery, industrial vehicle, and machinery manufacturers, and we are now positioned as a leading developer and manufacturer of battery accessories and components for energy storage systems.
Research and Development is performed in-house and in partnership with others, and is our core competence with the aim of keeping our products and intellectual property ahead of technology in the global market.
