As part of the company’s growth, Abertax Quality Ltd, a leading worldwide manufacturer of battery accessories, are seeking to engage a handyman to assist with general maintenance duties at our administrative and manufacturing facilities in Paola.
Duties & Responsibilities
As part of our maintenance team, the successful applicant will:
- Support the organisation through general maintenance as required on own initiative;
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on plant production machines and equipment;
- Be required to run errands using company cars.
Training will be provided for all maintenance work on productions machines and equipment.
Requirements
The chosen applicant should:
- Possess a clean driving licence ideally a C licence;
- Have basic experience in welding;
- Have experience of working with power tools;
- Possess a good aptitude when integrating with other colleagues;
- Ideally have experience within a manufacturing environment;
- Be able to work with minimum supervision.
